03-300 MARCH 2008 MINUTES
DISTRICT
03-301 MONTHLY MEETING - 5:30 p.m. second Tuesday
of each month, unless noted otherwise is at the United
Way Building, 1515 E. Cedar Suite D-1East Flagstaff.
DCMC -
VACANT
DCMC-District Committee
Member Chair: Conduct regular meetings for all DCM's
and GSR's in the County District; Fill in for defunct
DCM's; Maintain communications with local Intergroups;
Attends and participates in quarterly Agenda Committee
meetings when possible.

Committee Member: Holds monthly District meetings with
GSR's; Assist
Delegate in obtaining group information for AA directories;
Keeps groups informed about conference-approved books & pamphlets;
Makes sure GSR's are aquainted with the AA service manual,
12 concepts for world service and
box 459.

Alternate DCM: Assist
the DCM to maintain an effective service structure in
the District;
substitute for the DCM when necessary; participate as
a member of the Area Assembly in the absence of the DCM;
assist and work with the Standing Committee Coordinators
and substitute for a Coordinator when necessary.

Secretary: Takes
district meetings notes and transcribes into District
Meeting Minutes for distribution at each meeting and
sends minutes to the webservant for posting on the Flagstaff
AA website.

Treasurer: Responsible
for maintaining district checking account; Monthly written
report at each district meeting; Issue funds for coordinator
and district activities.

CF-Correctional Facilities
Coordinator: Responsible for maintaining an active roster
of AA volunteers for the Coconino County Jail and coordination
of meetings with the jail facility.

CPC-Cooperation with
the Professional Community: Coordinate meetings and presentations
about AA with the professional community in the District.

Coordinator - VACANT
GV-Grapevine Coordinator:
Encourage member and group subscriptions to the AA Grapevine;
Conduct an AA GV Workshop.

PI-Public Information
Coordinator: Coordinates activities to carry the AA message
within the District; Coordinates Public Service Announcements
with local Radio Stations.

RCC-Remote Communities
Coordinator: Communicates with AA members in remote communities;
Works with the Area RCC to find ways to better carry
the AA message to remote areas.

WORKING WITH OTHERS
PRACTICAL,
EXPERIENCE shows that nothing will so much insure immunity
from drinking as intensive work with other alcoholics.
It works when other activities fail. This is our twelfth
12 suggestion: Carry this message to other alcoholics!
You can help when no one else can. You can secure their
confidence when others fail. Remember they are, vary ill.
